Description: BSC Business & Community Development Center LLC is the restructured of the Armenian Business Support Center (1995) - the merger of Armenian Foundation for Small and Medium Enterprises (AFSME) and Business Communication Center (BCC), established in 1994 within the framework of the European Union's TACIS program to provide consulting, training and information services to small and medium size enterprises in Armenia.
