The results driven strategy is simple: Individual clients and or community leaders initially identify their needs. Using funding from a variety of sources within Armenia and beyond enables VISTAA's advisers work in teams of two (one technical and one enterprise mangement specialist) to provide direct hands-on support to clients. Since 1997, VISTAA's advisers have successfully completed more than 200 projects in areas of crop and livestock production,processing and marketing. VISTAA’s "one stop shop" approach to enterprise development has delivers genuine and sustained results for its clients.
Armenian specialists who serve as short-term technical experts carry out technical assistance projects. VISTAA provides its clients with experienced business advisors and highly professional technologists.
Today VISTAA’s database consists of 160 experts available for technical and business assistance projects. VISTAA specialists assisted with crop and livestock production issues, development of agricultural machinery and other services,technology and business advice in food processing and marketing, development of business plans, production and marketing studies, feasibility studies and other business activities. A significant portion of VISTAA assignments were directed to introduce new products and technologies to the Armenian market, as well as to implement seminars and professional trainings for agribusinesses Countrywide.
